SAN ANGELO, Texas – The Angelo State Rambelles track & field team added an area standout in Rausalyn Miller (Crane, Texas), who won the 2011 Texas Class 2A 200M state championship and placed third in the triple jump.

James Reid said. “She is coming from a powerhouse track program in Crane and brings a winning attitude and a history of success that fits perfectly with our vision here at Angelo State."
Miller is a multi-sport athlete in volleyball and track & field at Crane. She has advanced to the state meet three times and won the 200M and placed third in the triple jump last season. As a volleyball player, Miller was named district most-valuable player and was awarded first-team all-state honors. She has a personal best of 24.6 in the 200M and 37'-11” in the triple jump.
She is a member of the National Honor Society and plans to major in dentistry.
