The Rams had a 3 p.m. practice today to give the players recovery time after the first scrimmage of the season.
The defense continued to get the best of the offense with pressure and good coverage. The offense broke a run off during the team period but the quarterbacks constantly had a hand in their face. The Rams are halfway through fall camp and mental focus is preached daily.
Day 10 is in the books but preparation continues for the first game of the season on Saturday, September 1 at San Angelo Stadium against Western State. The Rams will take part in a two-a-day with the first practice at 9:15 a.m. and the second is at San Angelo Stadium at 7:45 p.m.
