2014 Media Supplement

SAN ANGELO – The Angelo State football team will begin preparation for the 2014 football season with the start of fall practices on Friday, August 15 at 9:30 a.m. at LeGrand Stadium at 1^st Community Credit Union Field.

The Rams will have 12 practices from Friday, August 15 through Sunday, August 24 with a scrimmage set for Saturday, August 23. All of ASU's practices will be held at 1^st Community Credit Union Field and will be open to the public. Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium during practices through the Junell Center due to construction.

ASU returns 12 starters (five offensive / seven defensive) from last year's squad that ended the season on a three-game winning streak. The Rams will open the season by hosting Western State on Saturday, September 13 at 6 p.m. in the inaugural game in LeGrand Stadium at 1^st Community Credit Union Field.
